Procedures :

First contact by e-mail or by telephone. Discussion on the nature of the services required and how to proceed.

Taking appointment telephone (animal communicator phone customer during the communication), appointment on Internet (webcam) or go home.

Send of a picture of the animal for internet or by mail, as well as contact infotmation (name, gender, age and characteristics from animal).

Explaining the reasons for consultation, giving the animal communicator information which might be useful as well as issues that arise about it.

Before the consultation prepare specific questions that we would like to ask your pet and / or the animal communicator.

Sample questions: the animal has evil happens somewhere, is it happy, does it loves its food, the reasons which lead to destructive behavior, he is frightened by something, its mission life with his human companion, if it has already incarnate with him, if he wishes to have a new pet in the house, the message he would give….

It can also be prepared for a change: no master planned, removal, separation, adding a new member in the family (birth, adoption, new spouse….), death of an companion animal or human ….

Or, if the animal is dead we can ask to him if it is indeed where it is, if it accepted its “transition”, if we wantt,….
